Consequently, NAVY does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of its Web Site or the Services, so the use of the same by the User is carried out at his own risk, and NAVY shall not be held liable in this sense at any time.

NAVY shall not be liable in case of interruptions of the Services, delays, errors, malfunctioning of the same and, in general, other inconveniences which have their origin in causes beyond NAVY’s control, and/or due to an intentional or negligent action of the User and/or due to fortuitous events or force majeure.
